Customers are responsible for submitting accurate sizing information. We are not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements or sizing information provided by the customer.
Colors may appear differently depending on individual device screens, monitor settings, lighting conditions, and photography. We strive to represent all products as accurately as possible, but slight color differences may occur.
Monthly collections are curated around seasonal or themed designs. Specific designs may be limited edition and may not be available for purchase after the collection period ends.
Press-on nails should be applied and removed according to the provided instructions. Improper application or removal may damage the nails or natural nail surface.
Refund, Return, Shipping & Bonus Item Policy
Due to the custom, made-to-order, and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom-sized nail sets except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors made by our company.
If you receive an incorrect item or a product that arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will review each case individually and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Shipping charges are separate from subscription pricing unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.
Bonus items, beauty products, stickers, accessories, candles, and promotional gifts may vary from month to month based on availability. We reserve the right to substitute bonus items with products of equal or greater value when necessary.
Some products included in subscription boxes may contain ingredients that could cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and determining whether products are appropriate for their personal use.
Subscription Terms

Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis unless canceled by the subscriber. Your payment method will be charged automatically on the recurring billing date associated with your subscription.
Monthly subscription orders are processed after the monthly collection closes. Any changes, skips, pauses, or cancellations must be submitted before the monthly cutoff date listed on our website. Requests received after the cutoff date will apply to the following billing cycle.
Subscribers are responsible for maintaining accurate billing, shipping, and sizing information. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend subscriptions for fraudulent activity, payment failure, or violation of our policies.
Monthly collections, bonus items, and subscriber perks may change at any time without prior notice. We will make every effort to provide products that match advertised descriptions, but substitutions may occasionally be necessary due to availability.
